Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item was delivered damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and invoices are included.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.


2. Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

After this period, we may be unable to process your return or refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or alteration

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
  3. Wait for return authorization.
  4. Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
  5. Ship the item using the instructions provided by our support team.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


6. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • You will receive confirmation of the return status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

7. Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded if:

  • The item is damaged.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong product was delivered.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.


8. Exchange Policy

We currently accept exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered, where applicable.


9. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping costs may be covered by Chyame.com.
  • For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery if the product meets the return eligibility requirements.


11. Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned to us because:

  • The delivery address was incorrect,
  • Delivery attempts were unsuccessful, or
  • The order was refused without a valid reason,

additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment or may be deducted from any eligible refund.


12. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued in cases such as:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Misuse, neglect, or improper care of the product
  • Requests made outside the eligible return period
